I ordered a ring from TriJewels for my wife to commemorate the birth of our daughter, and it turned out it wasn't quite what I wanted. I was able to return the ring to TriJewels and worked with Vijay to select a different ring. He listened to my feedback and recommended a different style that turned out to be perfect. I presented this ring to my wife and she completely loves it and wears it almost every day! The ring itself is beautiful, with quality metalwork and perfect matching in the stones. When a business is the best, where does one start? I found TriJewels initially scanning the INTERNET. I noticed right away it was quality jewelry at a reasonable price. I was looking to buy a new diamond wedding band for the wife and myself (after many years of marriage, you have the right to BRAG about it)! The listings on the web were nice, but not exactly what I wanted. Mr. Vijay immediately responded to my inquiries, and offered to send me a couple of samples. Two days later, I had the examples, and my wife picked out her favorite. I loved the samples sent, but wanted to upgrade the diamonds and even get certified stones. Vijay gave me his utmost attention, and we discussed my wishes. We talked, and he went to work immediately gathering diamonds from around the world to meet my needs. He offered me several possibilities, and explained the various stones to me (you know, the five C's of buying diamonds). All of the diamonds were very reasonably priced, Vijay knew I was working on a budget, and did an outstanding job of staying within my budget parameters. I received my new ring today, and I was speechless. Beautiful certified stones, an amazing setting, a lifetime guarantee, and everyone I dealt with at Trijewels (Vijay and Mary) were so helpful and anxious to make me happy. Well, they accomplished their mission - as I am happier than I have ever been in my life with this piece of jewelry! I can not recommend Mary, Vijay, and Trijewels highly enough. If you are looking for amazing jewelry at reasonable prices, or if you want something made to order at an "off the shelf" price, these are the people you HAVE to talk to! Check out their website, and they will work with you like no one ever has. You will be extremely satisfied and you won't have to pay an arm and a leg for the best quality jewelry that you can imagine. If you are in the market for beautiful jewelry and you DON'T talk to these folks, you are missing out on the best quality, the best customer service, and the most outstanding shopping experience you have ever had.
