I got the most beautiful ring done here! I thought I was just 'ordering off the internet', but as soon as I submitted my order I got a call from the owner asking the specific questions that I was already wondering about! He custom made and hand crafted the exact ring I've always wanted! And he did it with very little lead time! He promised me a date that I would get the ring and he came through! I never had to worry because he kept in you'v with me every step of the way! I highly recommend doing business with this company!

My Wife could not be Happier

I purchased this as a Christmas/20 year anniversary present for my wife. I think she has been looking for one of these for the past 19 years. When she saw this design and the fantastic setting her mind was made up. I, of course, waited to long to order but Vijay was fantastic in communicating the status of the order and insuring the stone match was perfect. The day it came my wife was so excited and wanted to show it off that I think she got her nails done 4 times in the two weeks after she got it. It has been 4 months since she got it and she is as happy with it today as the day I first gave it to her. Vijay thanks for making my wife's dream ring a reality for her.

Though my story is long, please bear with me. Like many out there, I went online to find a reputable, trustworthy, affordable jeweler … or at least to look at 1000 pics until I could find an engagement ring I could compare locally (at a price we could afford of course). After closer to 10,000 pics, I found it...my "dream" ring. I saved a pic and then was unable to locate the website I originally found it from when it was time to purchase. I spent months trying to locate my "dream" ring to no avail. So I did what any other bride-to-be would do, I found another ring. I did and the ring was decent. I made the online purchase and could not believe the ring that arrived. It looked nothing like it did online and I had the horrible experience of returning it. Ugh…annoyed, I was sent back to square one.
Eventually, I stumbled upon TRIJEWELS where I found yet another ring I figured I could settle for. I was reluctant to purchase online again due to the numerous scams and misrepresentation of online products. I mean, who hasn't purchased something and then received it and said, "WHAT?! That's not what it looked like online!" Then dealing with the hassle of returning, getting a refund, shipping… don't get me started (if you doubt this, read above).
So of course, this time I was wiser, I read each and every review to decipher the legitimacy of this online jeweler - TRIJEWELS. I read reviews, and if any of you are like me, after seeing too many excellent reviews, you start wondering if friends and family of the business owner wrote the reviews. I know, I know… I have some trust issues - we can save that for another post.
Fast-forward, I take the leap and make the purchase. Within a couple hours, my phone rings and Vijay is introducing himself and assuring me he will do everything to make my purchasing experience pleasant. We get to talking and I tell him about my “dream” ring. He not only tells me he can design it for me, he tells me he can do it at an affordable price. From the design to the sketching to the graphic pics to the wax molds to the final product, Vijay was in touch with me.
If you read anything, READ THIS (because I could not make this up if I tried): TRIJEWELS is more than reliable and trustworthy. You get personal care and attention to your piece of jewelry as if you are their only client. From the moment I clicked “buy now” to the moment my doorbell rang with my delivery, I received nothing but the best service one could ask for. In a nutshell, TRIJEWELS is second to none and I would absolutely purchase from them again and tell everyone I know about this business. I can personally guarantee, you will not be sorry dealing with them.

Its not easy to find a suitable ring these days and honestly even going into an official diamond store in Antwerp you are not convince if you are being ripped off or not. Somehow by good fortune checking out what was available online I came onto Trijewels website and found what I was looking for. I was hesitant to buy at first without seeing the ring but reading a few positive reviews made it sound safe enough. Within 24 hours of ordering the ring Vijay personally contacted me and made 100% that every step of making the ring was according to what i ordered and desired and he expressed that he wouldn't send the ring unless i was fully satisfied with what i see. I am very impressed and satisfied with the personal and in-depth service he provided and having received the ring I can only say that I extremely content with my decision of ordering a ring from Trijewels. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and to those that ask me.
