Great customer service and products

I purchased the Arria eternity band in blue diamonds. I was initially uncertain which ring I wanted to purchase. Vijay and his team were accommodating and sent me samples as well as a ring sizer to my home where I could see, feel and try on the rings. The communication was quick, and the team had great attention to detail. I took my ring to have secondary insurance appraisal by a GIA gemologist in my area. She confirmed that the stones were natural blue diamonds, and estimated the replacement value within $20 of the appraisal provided by TriJewels. The ring is gorgeous. The blue diamonds are so rich in color and just shine. I'm so thrilled. Thanks Vijay and team!

We did what is good for our customers, I feel when one is not sure and trying to buy something so expensive we dont mind sending samples out for you to try and see if it goes well with your other rings or stacks well.
We do manufacture our own jewelry so we do maintain a high level of quality and consistency and do understand our product could be tested and appraised by other appraising company, Glad it came out to your satisfaction. We are always here for you ..thank you again for the business.

Vijay and the crew at TriJewels are phenomenal. I didn't really know what I was looking for when I reached out to get an engagement ring. Vijay was very easy to work with and gave great recommendations and advice without being pushy. All communication was clear and responsive which helped made the process easy. My wife loves her engagement ring and the wedding bands they made for us are perfect. My gold band was too loose (my fault) so I sent it back for resizing. I sent it to the wrong address (my fault) but Vijay tracked it down because he's the man. I felt bad about the time constraint (my fault) and was prepared with a stand-in but they magically turned it around in time. The rings themselves are of great quality at a fair price, I felt like the most was made at my budget. Awesome stuff all around.

Lost my wedding ring while visiting family. I was bummed, but excited to get to pick out a new one after 17 yrs of marriage. Found a design I liked and my husband found Trijewels. It was an absolute pleasure working with them! They are quick to respond to any questions before, during and after purchasing anything from them. I was particularly concerned about the amethyst color and Vijay was super patient and dialed in with me exactly what I was looking for. My ring arrived sooner than expected and was perfect! Vijay has been amazing with all three of my purchases. By the end of him making my orders I have made a friendship with him. He always makes sure you understand exactly what you are getting. I ordered a piece that would not have worked for what I needed. He asked for pictures after the order but before he made the piece and caught my mistake. Pretty amazing he caught and fixed it by just a picture. He is extremely knowledgeable and I enjoyed him sharing his knowledge. The quality of his stones and diamonds are amazing. I knew he had great reviews on his jewelry but my wife and I were amazed when we got her jewelry. Based on his great customer satisfaction, his quality of work, and his great prices I will order though his business again.
