I have ordered twice from Trijewels.com, and both times I was very impressed with how quickly they filled the order, as well as with the quality and value. In the most recent case, it was somewhat of a rush (and it was a retirement gift for a colleague). It was also the week before Valentine's Day, so I was not confident that it would reach its destination in time. It did. In fact, it was early. Lovely jewelry that is priced reasonably and delivered with exceptional customer service. I will continue to order from them.

Ordered my earrings right before Christmas, didn't expect to get them in time but ViJay made sure I did! He kept in touch with me regarding the stones he would use, timing, etc. I really appreciated that. The earrings were so beautiful but I wanted to change the design of the hoop (not the stones, they were beautiful and each came with a GIA report). No problem, they wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase. Once I sent a picture of what I wanted, he found he exact one! After a couple of weeks I had the exact pair of earrings I had been searching for. They are perfect and so was the service. Thank you ViJay (and Chandni), I couldn't be happier!

World class experience! I ordered an engagement ring, and the website was clear that it wouldn’t be delivered until a few days after I planned on proposing. I was ok with this, and planned on just giving the ring to my fiancé when it arrived. However, Vijay reached out to me directly and unprompted, asking if I was sure I wanted a size 8. I measured, but had actually measured incorrectly and he was able to update to a size 7. Since I was talking to him, I asked if they were able to get the ring to me the day before I planned on proposing. He said he’d try, but I had no expectations. Sure enough, I got it the day before, and it was beautiful. Very proactive customer service and a wonderful experience. You don’t find that often. Highly recommend this company, and huge thank you/shout out to Vijay. Thank you!!

I like the how the website works with all the different choices. I do feel that some of the pictures are not doing the product justice.
