Vijay was able to create the most beautiful necklace and against the imposible moved forward to shipment on a week when the company was closed for Holiday. I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from TriJewels online. I had many questions to help decide which one since I could not see them in person, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and even took videos of different bracelets side by side on a woman’s wrist and sent them to me so I could compare the different stone sizes. They also coordinated the shipping with me to ensure I would be home. And the bracelet is magnificent. Great product and a great service!
