I do like the earrings

I do like the earrings. One earring opened up about 1/3”, the other complete opened up like 1 inch. I thought the jeweler would have checked that before it was sent. Hopefully I won’t have to have it checked in the future and pay for it. Also, I received an email a few days before I received them that I would have to sign for them. Not the case, they came UPSPS. Confused 🫤

1) the other one is slightly tight which will become loose after using it couple of times..nothing to worry.
2) Glad you got the item we do take signature required with full insurance so nothing to worry about if lost we get paid for the same and you get a replacement, USPS should have done its job properly but sometime these guys are over worked, usually they are very good.
appreciate the feedback.

This is the third order I have done with Tri jewels for a gift for my wife in the last couple of years, and as with the first two, their attention to detail, knowledge, designs and customer service cannot be matched. And their prices for the quality are so competitive. I knew after my first order that I would always go to them for all diamond and gold jewelry and still feel that way today. Top notch!! I was hesitant to order a ring of this type online but Absolutely everyone was wonderful from confirming size to sharing any concerns. When my ring arrived I was elated and am beyond thrilled. It matches my engagement ring perfectly (upgrades after 17 years :) I was also very impressed with the high class care in packaging. Highly highly recommend!!!!

I had a custom engagement ring made, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular! Once they had my details in hand, they took care of my order in such a fast yet personal way. I really enjoyed working with them, and they made the engagement ring process as stress free and seamless as possible. They worked with a custom design I had and with some feedback we were able to get it prototyped, tweaked, and eventually finalized in hand to me in a matter of weeks. I previously ordered a ring (of similar shape and style) on the site - I ended up having to order it larger than was offered as a size and exchanged emails to successfully have it sized properly.

This time around, they were contacting ME before I could even get to them, asking if I wanted the ring in the same size! It was nice to see the care being taken with my order…
