I'm a new customer not only to Trijewels but a new customer to the whole experience to purchasing a diamond. I'm a very specific detail person when it comes to things I don't know. I become weary of anything I don't understand. My Jeweler Vijay stayed patient and understanding with me through the whole spectacular experience. He calmed me down and bought me back to the real purpose of why we was here. I learned more about diamonds from him in a couple of weeks than I learned in my lifetime. Now I walk around talking to my freinds like I'm a Jeweler myself. Vijay gave me more than a beautiful 💍. He gave me his time, commitment, attention and his true professionalism in customer service. This is my second times ordering from TriJewels. The whole process took less than two weeks to have my Tanzanite Princess cut full eternity ring made. How amazing is that all the way from USA to UK? Vijay even sent me a video clip of the Tanzanite gemstones so that I can see the colour and shape before going ahead with the ordering of the ring to be made. He made it possible for me to have my dream ring for our Anniversary (which coming up this December) within my budget price. A big “THANK YOU” to Vijay and the team for making me such a beautiful ring with everything I expected. It’s not just a beautiful ring but it’s also a good weight too! Wonderful service with great products and workmanship. Definitely recommend buying from them.
