What a great jeweler! I called to ask a question which was answered. Within the hour I was contacted by Vijay as well. I was so impressed. My ring arrived sooner than promised and it’s GORGEOUS. I called again to let them know how much I loved it. Again, Vijay called me. I am very impressed with his work. Buying online and not trying something on can be a little scary especially when it’s your wedding band!! I recommend TriJewels 100%

Overall a very good experience because of the owners customer service. He is willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you want. The only problem I had, is the color of the gemstones are not as they appear in the online photos. *Ask for photos of the stones before you wait to find out when your ring arrives. Doing so will save a lot of time.
Other than that. Great service. Great communication and nice quality.

The sweetest man ever and put in extra time and care to make sure a new design was tested and strong and perfect before sending. Kept me up to date as he custom made my ring and absolutely killed it on the design. Most gorgeous ring I have ever laid eyes on and a better price than jewelry district in Los Angeles. These diamonds are no joke and this craftsmanship is amazing 🥰. Thank you so much!!!
