Guidelines to upgrade your jewelry bought from us:
1) The price of your new certified / non-certified jewelry must be twice the price of your original certified / non-certified jewelry. All pieces must be in original, undamaged, like-brand-new condition.
2) The jewelry must be in its original condition, along with the original, undamaged, diamond grading report. If the diamond is damaged, it may disqualify you from the program. Fees may apply for damaged grading reports.
3) The jewelry you want to upgrade with should be from the same jewelry type or category.
4) TriJewels reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time and for any reason.
